Successful Breastfeeding Programme - £18.00
This programme is designed to help mums understand more about the mind/body connection and importantly how their emotions play a huge part in their breastfeeding success. The workbook will take you through a number of exercises and this combined with the balloon release hypnosis session will ensure that you are able to let go of any negative thoughts and emotions that could interfere with your success. You will then use the successful breastfeeding mp3 to enable you to practice feeding your baby prior to him/her being born by using imagery that the subconscious mind believes to be real. Combined with positive suggestions for breastfeeding and the breastfeeding affirmations, these mp3s will help you build confidence and trust in your body’s ability to feed your child whilst remaining calm and relaxed, whether you are feeding in the comfort of your own home, at a friends or in a public environment. I put together this programme following a request from a mum that I’d got to know on Baby Centre. She was approaching the last couple of months of her maternity leave and starting to feel more and more anxious about the thought of returning to work and handing her child over to the care of others. In fact she was feeling so awful about it that she was no longer able to enjoy the time she was having with her child as the day loomed ever closer.
